THE BRIEF

The client came with a name and a belief. The belief was simple but radical: endurance athletes deserved something the market wasn't giving them. Not another sugar spike. Not another stimulant that burns out at kilometre three. Something cleaner. Something that actually works with the body over time.

The brief was rooted in Chinese medicine philosophy — centuries of proven endurance thinking that had never been translated into a product built for western athletes. Scientifically backed. Natural. Sugar free. Safe for long-haul performance.

Rouge's job was to take that philosophy and make it feel inevitable on a shelf. To build a world so visually coherent, so positioned, that no one would question whether this brand belonged next to the biggest names in the category. Because it does.
